Eileen’s Stitchery follows state and federals laws regards sales tax and will not collect sales tax on online purchases outside Pennsylvania. However, a 6% sales tax will be added to orders using a “ship to” address in Georgia. Clothing and hats are not taxable.

Eileen’s Stitchery works to ship your personalized purchases as quickly as possible. Custom orders are not able to be refunded once they are placed. I will guarantee that the item is free of defects and because of that, once you receive your item, it cannot be returned.
